My experience was really great. The lady working there was really nice and did an excellent job. My nails turned out so pretty.

The nail techs here are awesome. I’ve come three times with my >3m old baby and they’ve accommodated his needs, even helped hold his bottle while I got my nails done! They do everything quickly and it always looks great. Thanks for being so awesome, ladies!

Great online appointment making system. Ladies were friendly and did excellent work. They let me relax and the lady who did my nails was gentle and skilled. My feet are quite ticklish but she
didn't make the process uncomfortable. You should go here; I highly recommend. Reasonable prices too.

Took my mum and myself for a mani and pedi with shellac, for me the lady did a good job, but the lady assigned to my mum skipped cleaning mum’s feet properly and gave a very quick 3 min massage whereas I noticed other three people were given much longer massages including myself. She remained aloof when asked, so I informed the guy at the front desk, he apologized for her but didn’t have an explanation. Takes one person to ruin an experience.

I've been going to No.1 Nails Salon in Surrey, BC for over two years, but after my recent visit, I will never step foot in that place again. During my appointment, the person doing my nails was so careless that she CUT THREE of my fingers. I was bleeding by the time I got home, and now I can’t even use warm water because it burns so badly. What’s even more infuriating is that she didn’t apologize at all – acted like nothing happened!

To make matters worse, the male owner was completely unprofessional. He didn’t acknowledge the incident, didn’t apologize, and clearly didn’t care about a loyal customer being injured. It’s shocking how little they value their clients' well-being and safety.

This place clearly doesn’t deserve anyone’s business, let alone loyalty. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Stay far away!
