I was given access to an online portal with tailored at-home exercises, free equipment to support those exercises, and regular follow-ups if I missed an appointment to ensure I was still progressing.

Santosh and Garima, the owners, are incredibly knowledgeable and have helped identify the root causes of my symptoms—things other providers had overlooked or didn’t have the expertise to address. Their approach has made a significant difference in my recovery.

I also want to highlight their amazing new massage therapist, Vince. I first saw him while he was completing his practicum, and he gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had—truly exceptional.

The physiotherapy assistants provide excellent care, and the front desk team is just as supportive and committed to my well-being as the clinical staff. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m in capable, compassionate hands.
