i’ve known Nate for 5 years, and met Cliff about a month ago. though working with both of them, i can say with certainty that they are both excellent trainers who are knowledgeable, compassionate, and accountable. it is their holistic and attentive approach to personalized fitness that allows me to believe i can achieve my goals. they are both very professional and just overall wonderful people to be around!

Working with Janine at NATEFIT as a couple has been an incredible experience. From day one, she took the time to understand our individual fitness levels, goals, and limitations—and built customized workout plans for each of us that still allowed us to train side by side. Every session is challenging but never discouraging. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing us and keeping things fun and manageable.

What really sets her apart is how she tailors the experience so we both feel supported and motivated, even though our fitness journeys are different. I started training with Janine to regain strength and mobility after a three-year ankle injury. Her expertise and personalized approach have greatly improved my recovery, mental health, and overall fitness. I’ve gained significant mobility and strength, moving more confidently and consistently. Janine always pushes me past limitations. She tailors exercises to my needs, adjusts things based on my feedback, and challenges me every session.

Best decision I have made was coming in for a consultation with Cliff at Natefit! 6 months ago I reached a fitness plateau and came in to meet with him. He created a fitness plan, nutrition plan and laid out a full plan of how to progress! I followed that plan very closely and he continued to checkup on my progress throughout it all. I have now reached my goal weight and I look the best that I have ever looked and felt. Now he is helping me set new goals and where I will be going from here, answering my questions the whole way! I would absolutely recommend Cliff and Natefit if you really want to take fitness seriously in a sustainable way!
