I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Daisy! She’s not just a nail tech — she’s an artist. Every single time I show her a design, whether it’s something intricate, trendy, or super detailed, she recreates it with unbelievable precision and accuracy. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she always makes sure every line, gem, or swirl is perfect.

Horrible experience! Today was the first day I didn’t book an appointment with anyone in particular as I walked in for an SIMPLE acrylic refill (girl in chair number 4 assisted me). I showed a photo of how short and clean I wanted the nails to be, specified that I wanted the nail bed to be as flat as possible. However, the nails were not done neatly whatsoever & they looked short and stubby. Attached are photos of the nails “corrected” after refusing to pay for a service when I’m not satisfied at all. I was already looking forward to when I can remove them…

I don’t ever mean to be difficult but after today’s experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this salon again.

They ripped part of my pinky nail off and still tried to charge me… this Monday morning the salon was completely empty so I don’t know why the lady was in a rush removing my nails, instead of using a drill like nail salons usually should do, she quickly used an acrylic fake nail to painfully dig under my nails and rip them off… I guess the lady who did my nails was being nice about it so I didn’t wanna be a “Karen”, but the guy that works there who’s always grumpy and always on his phone did not care about what I had to say, if you’re gonna be miserable looking at your job you should quit… it’s not a good excuse explaining to me they don’t speak English very well which hinders their customer service, but take the effort to learn because you’re in Canada. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s going to be my last, I suggest the same to everyone.

I’ve been coming here for years and today is the last day that they will see me. Whoever is in chair number 2, does not listen to instructions, I always get her and even when I show pics it’s a different outcome. Went today for her to correct my nails that she did incorrectly and they talking about me. How’d I know? Because she kept lifting up my hands to show them. I’ve been coming here since 2018, they lost a customer. I asked for an acrylic overlay - nothing, asked for coffin- was given square. If it couldn’t have been done on my hands, say something. Throughout the process I kept suggesting things, you would nod yes, and then do the opposite. What I got vs. what I wanted…

I would not recommend coming to this nail salon! I went in for a shellac pedicure and the pedicure felt rushed! Also a day later, my shellac came completely off my nail and I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. They said that shellac comes off like that when it’s not dried properly. It’s unfortunate because today, a week later, another toe had the shellac come off. I’ve never had this happen before! $40 not spent well! I wish I had gone some place else to begin with.
