I had an amazing experience at Nails by Dina. My acrylic nails turned out perfect—great shape, smooth finish, and exactly how I wanted them. The service was professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommend

I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Their attention to detail is off the charts. I decided to write this review as I went to a different salon for the first time and had a horrible experience. I came in, let them know what happened and they helped fix my nails to the design I actually wanted for a great price considering the complexity of the design!

They do good work but their customer service skills need improvement, no interaction with clients whatsoever. I've been here twice, first time the tec watch a movie on her phone the entire time. I hope they work on this because it's a cute salon and staff is talented.

I had a bad experience with one of the nail techs. She rushed the service so bad. Everyone who came before me was still getting their service done after me. She got me done in 15 mins - fastest and worst quality pedicure I’ve ever experienced. She also cut me in multiple places and caused me to bleed. I use to like Dina’s salon before that experience. I’ll never be going back. For a 15 mins service and having to go home bleeding from my nails, I payed full price for the service ?. Furthermore the techs attitude was rude and un friendly the entire time (rolling her eyes etc). She also gave me shellac when I had requested just a normal colour and clarified it multiple times.

Everything was rushed to get things done fast and make money. Less focus on service. My nails were filed so much that they were throbbing all night. Some older guy(seems to be the owner) came to check on the chaos. Too chaotic I was happy to leave the place. Never going again
