Oksana and Ola at Nail House are the best! Their work is flawless, never rushed, and always exceeds expectations. I get LCN gel nails, and they last beautifully every time. The attention to detail is unmatched, and I’ve never left disappointed. If you want top-quality nails, this is the place to go!

Ravneet and Agam did an amazing job with my nails. Ravneet did my acrylic fill and fixed up a bad manicure from a different salon. She made sure my cuticles got some much-needed TLC and got the perfect shape for each nail. Agam did the manicure and flowers. She is an incredible artist and blew away my expectations. My favorite nails ever ??

First time at this salon and I am incredibly happy with my nails! My tech took his time ensuring the shape and quality of my nails was to my approval, and didn’t rush at all. The staff at the front desk were also very welcoming and kind. I think this is my new go to place to get my nails done. The owner even checked in with everyone to see how everything was going, which is very nice to see!

Overall, the cleanliness of this place was great, clearly taking proper steps to sanitize and keep everything organized.

I have been seeing Ola for a year and a half for gel nails services. Ola is highly professional, knowledgeable and kind. She is a perfectionist and takes pride in her work. She makes sure that I leave every appointment happy. My daughter's nail stylist is Oksana and we always go to The Nail House together. We both enjoy and looking forward to see Ola and Oksana as we know that they give their absolute best each and every time. I also would like to mention Claudia, the front desk lady. She provides excellent customer service. Her kindness and smile makes my day! It's been a pleasure to have such wonderful ladies in our life.

We took our 5-year-old daughter to Nail House on Portage Ave for her very first manicure and polish. The employee who did the service was very kind, and our daughter was so excited to show off her nails at school. Unfortunately, less than 48 hours later, the polish had already started peeling off in full pieces on several fingers.

When I called the salon, I was told their “warranty” is only 1-2 days and that she should get shellac next time. There was no apology or offer to fix the issue—just a shrug and a suggestion to pay more next time.

It was a special moment for our daughter, and she was genuinely disappointed. We expected better quality and customer service, and sadly, we won’t be returning.
