Went here for the first time for nail ext - i must say, 3 weeks and no chips/lifting. Great staff! Worth the time and price. 101% quality of work! All the nail techs are nice & welcoming as well.

Walked in, was asked to wait so I did; and glad I did as they were kind, friendly and did a great job too!
Linh did my nails and listened to previous issue and fixed perfectly. They are not lumpy or uneven from the other salon that made my nails awful... I will be a returning customer. They are nice and speak like you have known them from before, welcoming feeling!

Love both ladies here! Friendly, clean, and good price! Always get my nails and waxing done here! Always satisfied with my nails!! Thank you guys!! Keep in mind there are only two ladies..and if you come on a weekend your bound to not get in or have to wait I would call and book first..these ladies work hard and pay attention to detail. Please be understanding.

Got manicure pedicure and shellac from here and got the worst experience.. hardly been 10 days and look at my nails. Never ever faced this before . I spent $80 for this? I always get shellac and this never happened its just that I was in this plaza that day so I went here. Never going back again. Feel so bad that I wasted my hard earned money here.

EDIT: i appreciate you trying to resolve the issue of my nail being torn off but the main point i am making is that the nail tech was extremely rough. i have scabs on my other toes and it hurts me to even wash my feet, even two days later. below my toenails i have red marks and scars and it hurts me a lot right now. that is what made my toenail be ripped off is because she was too rough. getting a pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience, not painful.

i’ve been here a few times and have had a good experience except for now. while getting a normal pedicure the woman was being so rough with me that she tore off my entire second toenail. when i brought it to their attention, another woman who was translating for her was gaslighting me by saying it was broken before i got there and that i must’ve kicked something and it wasn’t the nail technicians fault. the rest of my toes have scars from how rough she was filing my nails and i kept flinching through the whole thing. it was even more upsetting that they wouldn’t admit they made a mistake and were trying to get me to believe that it was somehow my own fault. as if i don’t look at my feet everyday and would not have noticed it before. it was also very upsetting that the woman didn’t say something when it happened, because if i didn’t mention it she probably wouldn’t have acknowledged it at all. it was just very unprofessional and avoidant to try to turn it around on me instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the problem. the other nail tech i was speaking with ended up putting a fake nail on for me and it looks fine but i’m still feeling pain from the experience when i move my toes. the salon is not bad, it just all depends on who you get so be careful if you go there.
