Had my hair done by Caneil. She was very patient and careful with my thick hair since I’m on my healthy length retention hair journey. She had fixed my protein overload hair from a treatment I got from another salon. My hair is no longer breaking off and feels moisturize. She seems quite knowledgeable. I am very happy and will be a returning client. I would recommend ???

I had the most amazing experience at MouJam. From the very start of my consultation to the finish of the complex work done on my locs, I was treated with kindness and respect. I felt welcomed in the salon space and I appreciate the kindness of all the staff that I encountered. The loctician that worked on my hair was fast, efficient, kind and did the most amazing work. Went in for braids 4 Months ago. Staff were welcoming and very attentive. The owner just needs to be more mindful to not be too nosy. Not everyone likes to share their life story. That’s the only reason I would not go back as I just want to relax and get my hair done. Otherwise, anyone who is looking to get braids done, this is a wonderful location. Normally, it would only last me 1 and a half months. My braids lasted 3 months.

I came in two or three days ago for a shampoo and full Head of box braids. The staff were all very kind and accommodating to myself and my daughter. ended up being close to $500 which I wouldn’t mind paying if the work was that quality , my braids are thin at the ends and roots are already loose. The top of my hair is so humpy I can’t even where it down and the hair is super stiff. As well as the appointment was stopped part way through so she could do another client. I feel bad making a review like this because everyone was kind but I paid for a service and I’m extremely disappointed.
