I did manicure and gel color couple times here with different a lady who’s name is Vickey, Candice, Jenny, Gwen, they all did very good service for me, even suggest other red gel color to match the silver that I selected. My favorite lady is Jenny, she did perfect shape of my nail. The palace is nice, clean and comfortable. All equipments are very updated and professional. I will recommend my friends to come here more often in the future. I will be loyal client here in the future. This nail salon has replaced my original one which service is not good like this one. Morgan nail and spa is really worth to go!

After trying out several nail salons I finally found this one! I have now been going here for over 4 years! Kathy is amazing with acrylics and Gwen is incredible at gel nails! The customer service is wonderful and the quality is the best in white rock!

Had an appointment for 1 and got taken for about 1:30, they were busy which is fine i had nothing to do. The lady that did my nails ended up cutting me with her scissors when trimming my nails (it bled). She just apologized and kept going. I do like the nails, the colour, shape, and french is cute. But the polish is sheer and pretty messy. Personally I wouldn’t go again but that was my experience.

I booked regular polish Mani Pedi for my mother and I on Mother’s Day.
First interaction staff: “ you want gel polish?” Me: “no, regular polish. then again, “you want gel polish or regular polish“ me: “no, regular polish“ then again, “you want regular polish or gel polish?” Me: “no, regular polish.” Staff: “why you don’t want gel polish”. I am not joking when I say we were asked this by 6 different people.

The staff were talking so loud that I could not converse with my mother. They were chitchatting amongst each other very loudly yelling back-and-forth over us as we’re getting our pedicure done. I finally said something to the staff doing my pedicure. I politely said I’m sorry I’m trying to talk to my mom and I can’t hear her. After that I gave up.

My mom asked for a bit more callus shaving because the point of the pedicure for her is to get her feet cleaned up because she is elderly and cannot do it herself anymore. The polish is secondary. The staff doing my mother‘s pedicure, continued, and then managed to scrape off a chunk of skin off the side of her foot. I noticed she was bleeding. It was in a spot that you don’t normally use a grater on. Although the staff said sorry, but then turned it around and said” oh, I’m so sorry, you told me to do more shaving”. just saying sorry would’ve sufficed without trying to make it my mother‘s fault. On the side of her foot? Makes no sense to me.

The rest of the mani pedi was ok. Nothing special. The staff who did my callas shaving did it for all of a minute and I also asked for it to be more thorough.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone who wants a relaxing experience with another person.

This shellac nail paint was done 1week ago and is chipping off since 2 days. I can completely pull it out today! Very disappointing. Total waste of money. Paid 126 cad for me an and my daughter.
