I had an amazing massage with Nicole! It was my first massage with her and I connected with her immediately. She has a very kind way about her and asks the right questions to determine the proper treatment for each issue. She communicates enough to ensure comfort around pressure, etc, but still allows for a quiet and relaxed massage. Excellent technique and pressure. She used a good combination of cupping, acupressure and massage where needed. . She is very skilled and I appreciated her holistic approach. I literally walked out feeling like I was lighter and brighter! I will definitely book with her again!

In the 20 years that I have been going to massage therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists, and acupuncturists, I have never had an experience like I did this week with NICOLE!!
I don't even know where to begin, she is a MASTER of her craft.
I had a 90 minute massage with her and she was inexplicably in tune with me and the stress I was holding in my body, as well as injuries from years and years ago.
She is kind, compassionate, synched in, caring, SO SMART, she's like the hug you need from your mom after having the worst day ever.
I felt so so SO SAFE with her, and so taken care of, in every aspect. We should all be so lucky to experience healing at the hands of Nicole, literally!
I have to say, during my massage I was blown away with her intuition and skills. But it was after my massage that really blew my mind. For the rest of the day I was floating in this blissful, euphoric like state. NOTHING could get to me, and I have been incredibly stressed out lately (tension headaches for over a week - level stress). I swear that someone could have slapped me across the face and I wouldn't have been phased.
It was the best I have felt in...years. Truly.

I recognized that I needed to take better care of my health, both in body and mind. Massage is something that I've rarely treated myself to so, after checking for local options, I decided on Modern Massage. The entire experience was excellent. The space is warm and inviting. Amy is obviously skilled in her profession and provided an amazing, relaxing massage. I would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be returning.

I had the Restore Deep Tissue massage and Reflexology. The experience was amazing. I can't fall asleep during massages anymore, but once Amy got into the Reflexology I was out. I appreciate that she didn't dig her nails into my toes like other reflexologists do. I'm looking forward to going back!

My husband and I were visiting from Edmonton and we decided to treat ourselves to a massage. Beware as it doesn't specifically say that the employees are not RMT's so we were not able to submit the costs through our insurance, something we were only told about after our massage. Now unfortunately thats $400 out of our pockets.

As well, the entire 60min massage Claudia only massaged our backs and the add on reflexology was very underwhelming. We are avid massage goers and were shocked at the price we paid for this level of service. Definitely do not recommend.
