Absolutely DO NOT go here!!!! They will send you out with hair like this and charge full price, not offer to fix the mistakes either. They hid the imperfections turning my chair away from the mirror while blow drying, etc and I did not notice how absolutely awful the job was until I got home. I also noticed the employees giving looks and whispering to each other right in front of me. Way to make your clients feel like garbage and send them home with a completely botched hair dye. I would give zero stars if I could. This is going to cost a lot of money to fix.

Updating this review after it took 2 days for someone to get back to me. Luca the owner contacted me was EXTREMELY RUDE! Not even a hi just “yah what’s the issue”. I told him what happened. He said “well”. I stated I’m a hairstylist and he said well why didn’t you do it yourself then and laughed at me. I told him it was not his concern but that I actually have a medical issue that causes nerve damage so clipper vibration feels like I’m electrocuted. He laughed. I said how is this funny and I would just like to get his money back. He again laughed and said how was he suppose to know I couldn’t do his hair. I said to him he shouldn’t have said anything at all..judging someone is not OK! So unprofessional but I’m not surprised he doesn’t have a great wrap in the industry on how he treats women. He said all he’s willing to do is give a gift card for a hair cut. WHY WOULD MY FIANCÉ BE BACK. Poor service.

If I could leave 0 star review I would! My fiancé came in for a high fade. His front hair line was cut into atleast an inch and his hair line was cut deep into as well and made into a V! This is the worse hair cut I’ve seen in quite some time. Barber used a guard on the top but did not cut the top back the hair is still very long. I’m so upset we were to have family photos with our newborn! Now I’m going to buzz all his hair down to a zero. My fiancée asked before the barber started cutting if he was familiar with his hair texture. Barber boasted about how he has a black friend and knows how to do the hair. This barber should be ashamed to let someone go the way he left. He never gave a name - he is a Chinese man.

Someone named Jonathan gave me yesterday what's probably the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. He has no attention to detail, seemingly inexperienced, and careless. I'm not going back there ever again because of that barber.
