Mockingbird Tattoos

My experience with Ashley at Mockingbird Studios was probably the best experience I’ve had since being in Calgary. She’s very precise with her work and sterile with the equipment. Definitely coming back again for future art work! Very kind and down to earth demeanour. I lost my father and she granted me a beautiful memoir on my right forearm. During the planning process she was very helpful and supportive throughout. Also she had the best playlist on during my appointment. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a tattoo in the Calgary and surrounding areas.

I seen Ashley a little under a week ago for two flash pieces. When I tell you she was incredible, I truly mean it. She went above and beyond to ensure I was safe from my allergens, I was comfortable in her chair, everything was clean, and she took me in on about 30 minutes notice. Ashley is a very talented artist with lots of background in the art. I can definitely say I will be going back for my sleeve!
To top it all off, the shop was super clean and tidy, had great music, and all of the other artists were super friendly and willing to help. This shop is the best one I’ve been to yet. Keep it up!!

Fantastic shop, all of the artists I interacted with were friendly and professional. I got my tattoo from Tom and absolutely love it. Its been a month since I got it, and people are already commenting on how they like it. The shop itself is very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

Saw Dom for a leg piece. She was very nice and communicative through the whole tattoo process. Great conversation skills and very focused. This place is excellent and I really want to go back when I have the funds. There are some other talented artists under this roof that I have my eye on for future projects too. I've been telling whomever I can about this shop as it's getting harder and harder to find great artists but also great people.

In addition to that, the shop was clean, Dom was very accommodating for both the design and on the day of. I was also enlightened to know of better healing methods after the fact, despite having multiple tattoos already.

We came in without an appointment when the place we were planning to visit was closed without notice. We were greeted by Ashley who said she could do a very cute bunny for my wife. She did have another booking right away but we came back a couple hours later and she did a great job on the fine line little guy. Very quick and friendly service. Great experience :)
