Annie is hands down one of the best nail techs I’ve ever been to! Her work is absolutely flawless — from shaping to designs to polish, everything is always perfect. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and makes sure every set is done with care and attention to detail.

Not only does she slay nails, but she’s also hilarious and so fun to be around. The appointment feels like hanging out with a friend who happens to be a nail genius. She always keeps the vibe fun and uplifting, and I leave feeling good inside and out.

If you’re looking for beautiful nails and good energy, Annie is the one. Highly recommend booking with her — you won’t be disappointed!

I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon! I came in for a pedicure and was treated to a relaxing massage chair, a wonderfully fragrant leg scrub with orange peels, and even a short hot stone massage before they painted my nails — it was amazing.

I also had acrylic nails done, and I was genuinely impressed. Having only tried acrylics once before (which turned out too thick and impractical), I was amazed at the care Annie took. She sanded them down to a thinner, natural look without me even needing to ask! My nails look beautiful AND feel comfortable. Highly recommend this salon for their friendliness, skill, and attention to detail!

My Mom and I come in every few months for pedicures together, and the staff team is always so amazing, on time, and professional. I have had nail services done in other locations over the years, and they have by far been my favourite for cleanliness, service, and all the included extra's they do with the hot stones, hot towels, and real citrus fruit. They always take their time and make sure nothing is missed. Thankful for this kind, detail oriented, and hard working team.

I came in about a month ago and had to get my nails fixed from a different salon. Milano Nails staff are so welcoming! Lily tried her best and it definitely turned out better than it was before.

I went back to Lily to get my nails done again and she did such an amazing job! It turned out better than the inspo picture. This is my new go to nail place!

This was my first time coming here. My appointment took over an hour and a half for a fill, while my lady worked on myself and other people at the same time. The nails i got aren’t bad, but i don’t feel like they look remotely like what i had asked for. The first picture is what i asked for. The last 2 is what i got.
