Mezzanine Hair Studio

I don't often get my hair cut or coloured so I was pretty nervous going in. But I booked with Sydney and she really took the time to listen to me what I was looking for. I explained how I barely care for my hair and how we would have to work around that. She was so helpful and patient and the final results were perfect. Thanks Sydney!!

I'm usually the type to say "Ah, it'll grow back!" after a bad haircut, but the haircut I received from another hairstylist in a different salon was beyond bad. It was literally a hack job. I went from shoulder length hair that I've been growing out for a year, to bare neck near shaved. Yes, I definitely told her I was growing it out and did not want short!
I stopped in at Mezzanine on my way home and I was a bit emotional about my bad experience. The lovely woman at the front desk treated me with such kindness and she made sure to make a spot for me to have my hair fixed that same day, only a couple of hours later! Jamie, the owner herself, took me under her wing, and she fixed my hair! Her empathy was comforting, to say the least. Jamie also made me feel better knowing it really WAS a bad haircut, and I wasn't being picky!
Thank you all so much. I've never been in this situation, and I can't thank you enough for making it right for me. Permanent customer, right here!

Lindsey is amazing, and I would most defiantly recommend her (if you are able to book with her, which I wasn’t so was given a recommendation of someone else in the salon), but not everyone there takes the time to care for their clients. Before pictures of what was said to be a professional balayage job, and a job that the owner stands behind, done by a stylist here. Unfortunately how I was treated I opted to get it fixed elsewhere. Someone from a different salon graciously offered a fix for me after (after photo) hearing my story online. Unfortunate experience.
