Clean, professional, all the time booked was used to the fullest extent. Just show up a bit early if you've never been here before to fill out the paperwork beforehand.

Grecia was very mindful of some trouble spots I had and always checked in about too much pressure or pain. She also gave me some stretches to do after which was very helpful.

I have been going here for over 10 years. I love how easy it is to get in; the therapists I have seen are more knowledgeable, capable and professional than most other massage therapists I have seen. Highly recommend this place if you want your problem fixed. If you are looking for glitz and glam, you may want to look elsewhere.

I have been here a couple times and they are very professional. If you have not been for a long time or are a new client, then you will want to go about 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. All of their staff are very friendly and their massage therapists are attentive. The location is a bit obscure and you have to go up the stairs to your left as soon as you go into the Trico Centre.

I had a massage here with Holly yesterday. I would really give 5 stars for the massage, but the massage table was squeaky, loud and uncomfortable. I really want to go back for the therapists professionalism and massage techniques but I'd rather not. The table was a complete no go for me
