This is a tough review to write because I have been coming here since 2019, but I think I'm officially done with this place!
Finding an actual good masseuse is so difficult at this location. I have tried 8 of their massage therapists in the years and only ONE stood out to me!
Stephanie Houle is so so so good, she has great pressure, is kind, is extremely good at what she does. I wish she was at a higher end spa because she deserves to be somewhere better!
Their receptionists are always friendly which is great. But the building itself is terribly built. I absolutely hate that every time I go in, trying to find a little peace, quiet and relaxation, it gets ruined by the paper thin walls. You can hear every door shut, conversation, microwave beep (in the break room) and laundry machine running in this place. It's so frustrating and not relaxing one bit.
I've had a couple really bad experiences with masseuses over the years too, but the management always would try and help with the situation when a bad time would arise. Which was nice but again, I don't know how some people are getting their jobs! It feels like they give anyone a job nowadays and don't follow up with training and conversations.
The final straw for me is their pricing! No way they should be charing more than actual spas. How is it that I can go to a high end spa (which would be a lot more relaxing) for a 60 minute massage for cheaper? That is what really blows my mind!
So unfortunately I am done with Massage Addict. There are much nicer and better places to go!
