Accommodating, kind and understanding when I confused my appointment time. I still got my full hour, staff was friendly. Form fill out took no time, neither did payment. Caroline, my Massage Therapist used the perfect amount of pressure and checked in on how I liked it multiple times throughout the session. Very relaxing and overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Brkhti Gebremariam is a miracle worker. She really put her best into making you feel relieved. I’ve been dealing with tension in my neck, shoulders, and hamstrings for a while, and I’m so grateful to have found this massage therapist. She is not only incredibly skilled, but also genuinely kind and attentive. Every session leaves me feeling so much better—relieved, relaxed, and cared for. Brkhti truly listen to your concerns and tailor each massage to what your body needs. I always feel comfortable and respected, and I can tell she is passionate about helping others heal. I have been seeing Brkhti G. For about the past year. The service she provides is unmatched. I can’t see myself going to have a massage by another therapist again. Brkhti is kind and soft spoken and always takes the time to greet me and let me know she remembers me which I think is such an important part of feeling comfortable with a therapist. I leave the massages feeling relaxed and pain free. Brkhti massages are relaxing but she moves you and stretches you and really takes the time and elbow grease into trouble areas. I’m so grateful that I have found a massage therapist I am comfortable with, trust and provides the most therapeutic massage. Thank you for all you do !

Have you ever wondered when people are doing bad, they all of a sudden dont want their pictures, if you are confident in your threats, and abuses then you should have your picture, but when you behave good and you know the person wants to say good things about you, you dont say anything bad to taking picture, This I have noticed with different businesses, and so made it my mission to out the bad ones, once you start hearing dont take my picture, you know they are not confident in their rubbish utterance, and that red flag is all I need the more to say, tell the public same thing u told me!

I have been in the neighborhood for over 5 years and never used this because of the bad reviews I heard about the place by people who have used it and fellow busineses around. Despite I patronize other businesses in the area never have I, not wanting to drive to my usual place of massage I decided to see if anything has changed about it and thought perhaps with new reviews something must be different.
First I booked yesterday, the person who booked did not tell me anything about a 24hr cancellation fee, I had barely gotten home when i got a missed call that she forgot to take my insurance, keep in mind I asked multiple times before leaving. While attending to me, she stopped midway to attend to others, I just ignored, and stayed patiently.

So imagine my surprise upon filling the form on 24 hr cancellation window, and my appointment was booked less than 24 hrs, and with all the rules they listed as part of the 1 hr time, I was like I have been massaging for a long time, havent seen so many rules and then how many minutes will be left for my massage. Realistically, I could understand changing time as part, asking questions was neither here nor there because in other places they advise to come early for questions, and I was more than 15mins early. She - Amber asked questions within 1 min, so I tried to be mindful of time changed less than 1 minute, called her I was done no response for over 5 mins, so I got my phone to email, then she appears 7mins after, I told her I had been calling her and no response, again inside the room, she ignored me again, I gave benefit of doubt if she couldnt hear me, I asked can you hear me, no response, so I got up from the bed and asked and then she said she heard me, I said so that means you also heard me when I was calling you I was ready, she rolled her eyes, so I knew this lady was trouble and with the no extra time rule inspite of all the time taken, I was ready and so was recording my experience which I let her know that as I am recording I expect my time recovered, so this startled her and she said she wasnt proceeding - wasnt this what I wanted? Who was to be touched by a rude, unprofessional and unethical person. I confirmed I will not be charged and got my things.Then this mango in the picture not knowing what had transpired as she was not in the room began to attack me upon getting to the front, and who are you again I asked, she said the person sticking up for her colleague, I ask you stick up blindly without knowing what happened, and by just harrassing customers, she said she doesnt have to know and continued ranting, so I brought my phone to record and with video and have her repeat her barbaric comment, and she flipped you cnat record me, I said no, if you are confident in what you are saying then continue.

This is a sick, unprofessional, unethical place, with rude staff, pure waste of time, and I am committed to praising the good and outing the bad like Manning Massage addict with proof!

Visited them for the first time. The location was clean, with ambient music. I filled the intake form before hand to aboid any delays in service. I reached there on time 4:55pm for 5pm service , was asked to wait for my turn, sat there for few minutes before i was addressed, by the time i went to the massage room it was around 5:10 - 5:15pm. Changed and waited, the RMT started the massage, initially it was okay, mid way, i noticed she stopped using one hand, which was weird, i waited for few minutes, it still was one hand, she was literally just rubbing my back for over 8-10 minutes, i think she was using her phone. One side of my back and shoulder were massaged, the second side - she just forgot because she was not paying attention. I even moved a couple of times to get her attention but no! Anyways the massage started post 5:15pm - ended before it was 1 hour - by 6pm - by 6:03 pm i was out of the room paying my bill for 1 hour massage which i didn’t even get. I didn’t want to write this review, but i think such things need to be addressed. I really needed a good massage as i was going through exhaustion and to get such poor service when you are paying such high price is wrong.
