My husband and myslef booked in today and we had an amazing experience. They were super flexible with booking and friendly. Jaqulin Anne gave me an amazing massage, it was both relaxing and relived my pain. She made me feel very cared for, and she was as so warm. I only wished I booked in for longer!

I chose this place based on its high ratings and was looking forward to my first massage after an emergency C-section. As a new mother, I had hoped for a quiet, restorative experience. Unfortunately, the session fell far short of expectations.

I booked a hot stone massage and clearly indicated on the intake form that I preferred a quiet session. About 15 minutes in, I asked when the hot stones would be used, only to be told by the therapist that she had confused me with another client and wasn’t prepared to provide the service I booked. She continued to talk throughout the session despite my request for quiet, and the massage technique did not address my specific needs.

To make matters worse, I received a phone call from the front desk during my session asking if I was on my way—even though I had already checked in and was mid-treatment.

The overall experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing, especially for such an important moment in my recovery.
