Margaret was absolutely excellent! She was not only humorous and understanding but also incredibly attentive, really catering to my body’s needs with precise detail and a personalized approach. I walked in with a sore back from moving homes a couple of weeks ago. The constant tossing and turning during sleep had disrupted my schedule and was becoming a nuisance, not just for me but for those around me too. Margaret immediately put me at ease with her calm demeanor and expertly applied just the right amount of pressure and oil to target the areas that needed attention. She topped it off with cupping, heated stones, and a soothing hot towel that melted away any remaining tension. My whole body, from my legs and thighs to my feet, back, arms, neck, and head, felt completely relaxed and at ease. Every movement she made was intentional, and the level of care she put into the session was unmatched. I left feeling like a new person, completely revitalized. Great job, Margaret! Serka & Sara were both amazing!! Me and my partner have been coming here frequently and decided to to go for different therapists for a change, and they did not disappoint.

I came in for a pregnancy massage but while I was waiting for my appointment, I witnessed something that completely changed my impression of the clinic. One of the therapists, Sara, began loudly and aggressively yelling at the administrator over her schedule—something that should have been handled privately and with basic respect. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly upsetting to witness, especially in what’s supposed to be a calm and welcoming environment.

Thankfully, my massage therapist Niya was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. She’s the one bright spot in the experience and the only reason I gave this review more than one star.

However, I pay out of pocket for this kind of service, and I expect to feel relaxed and respected from the moment I walk in. Seeing how Sara treated her coworker was disgusting and made it hard to settle into the appointment. The clinic seriously needs to address the professionalism of its staff if it wants to offer a truly relaxing and supportive space—especially for people like me who are pregnant and coming in for stress relief.
