She always pays special attention to the details when working with you and has an array of techniques to ensure you receive the best support and healing. The space is very comfortable and relaxing. Shawna gave me one of the most incredible therapeutic massages I have ever had today. She is by far the most knowledgeable RMT I have come across. She thoroughly worked on and assessed the source of my muscle tension. Shawna went above and beyond by explaining to me where the tension systematically came from through my muscles and tendons and gave me a new EXCELLENT stretch to try. HIGHLY recommend!

Shawna is such an amazing massage therapist! I had the opportunity to experience the shockwave therapy that she offers. For the first time in years, my greatest pain points are feeling loose and my neck and shoulders all of a sudden have so much more mobility. In one session! I will surely be going back to see her. I think that she could alleviate the years of pain I've had and help me heal FULLY. Having a pain-free life is exactly what I've been looking for. I highly recommend her services.
