Luxury Nails Spa (Luxury Nails Sherwood Park)

Had a wonderful manicure and shellac with Tea. She was very friendly and did an excellent job on my short nails. Thank you Tea!

Today I decided to get my nails done. Kim was awesome!!! Kim was very professional and did a fantastic job. I then decided to get my toes done as well…. I would definitely recommend.

A little bonus was they gave all their customers a long stemmed rose for Mother’s Day. What a lovely jesture. ???

Absolutely love this place! The staff are friendly, professional, and truly skilled at what they do. The salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained.

Not the usual place we go to…but it was very clean, nicely decorated they did a great paint job. I really wish the pedicures came with a massage, for me that’s usually the biggest reason I get a pedicure. They used hot stones which I didn’t find overly hot and she rubbed them on my shin bone which wasn’t a great feeling. Good price, and close to home.

I showed an inspiration photo of a basic French manicure. I liked the shape of my nails and only wanted a little length taken off.

She started by taking too much off then rounded out the shape which wasn’t what I wanted. But we couldn’t fix the shape without shortening even more.

Then we got to the simple basic French manicure. That somehow she couldn’t get the base right for but was going to proceed anyway before I stopped her and asked if she thought the base was fine. She shrugged and agreed she could see the problem but made no effort to fix.

So I ended up choosing a solid shellac colour to go over the mess she’d made.

In the end they were too short, the wrong shape and a solid colour. Not the simple French I was going for.

This will be our last time here.
