Lush Nail Lounge on 96th

I got my eyelashes done from Tyler she did fantastic job. I love my eyelashes and I have been receiving compliments that they look so natural and beautiful. Also she did my nails gave it perfect shape and other girl that my cat I look on my nails sorry I forgot to ask her name, but she did absolutely perfect that I and everyone is asking me for where I got it done. I definitely refer those nails at 96 and 128. thank you so much for your services. I’m definitely coming back to you guys only. Thanks a lot.

Elise is so talented!! I’m genuinely so happy with my experience. She was so gentle and detail oriented, my nails turned out beautifully. I LOVE my nails and will definitely come again.

Where do I begin. I was the first appointment of the day to get nails done. They were done fine however I was so grossed out sitting looking around at the filth. The pedicure chair beside me looked like it has never been cleaned as you will see from the picture. Dead skin and toenails dirt and god knows what. Clearly they don't clean at end of day or in the morning. Disgusting

I went to Lush Nail Lounge to get my nails done and asked one of the staff, who was clearly free, if I could make an appointment. Instead of welcoming me, she spoke very rudely and showed no interest in helping. It’s clear they lack basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this place—be aware that their service is very disappointing.

I went yesterday around 6 PM for an almond acrylic set, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The entire process felt extremely rushed, and the final result was absolutely terrible. The nails aren’t even close to being almond-shaped — some are crooked, and others are noticeably thinner than the rest. I was extremely upset, especially considering the price I paid.

Normally, I always tip for services like this, but yesterday was the first time I didn’t tip — that’s how bad it was. I was shocked that they even allow employees who clearly don’t know how to properly do nails to work there.

On top of that, the tech left so much space between the acrylic and my nail cuticle that it already looks like the set has grown out for two weeks — even though I literally just got them done yesterday. Now I’m stuck having to pay for a whole new set next week to fix this mess.

Very disappointed and would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
