Lush Cosmetics Chinook

I recently had a fantastic experience at Lush Cosmetics in Chinook Mall. The store's vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made my shopping enjoyable. The wide variety of high-quality, cruelty-free products allowed me to find exactly what I needed. The personalized assistance and knowledge of the staff added to the overall positive experience. I appreciate Lush's commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.

Everyone is always very helpful and friendly at this location. We love all sorts of Lush products, and it is a staple in our home.

Kit was kind and sweet and got me into some new products which I love

I am quite unimpressed by an interaction I had with an employee today. Me and 3 other people had came in a was getting samples and buying a couple products and when we had asked for a fresh face mask to buy the lady had said that we had already gotten all lot of samples, thinking that we wanted one, before we could finish asking for a container TO BUY. We had said that we wanted to purchase then she said oh ok and got us a little container and brought us to check out we had already bought at least 5 other products and we had tried to explain that this is the one of only chances we get to come and she was lot listening and just seemed like she did not care. Also, we're from fort me merry and the closest lush to us is 4 1/2 hours away. All of our lush shopping has to be online and we don't get the chance to get samples. For spending over 200 dollars and this being a multimillion dollar business, not impressed. This is also the first bad experience I've had at this location and any other location. All the other interactions with all of the other employees were amazing and understanding that we don't get to come often.
