Luminous nails and spa Mahogany

I have been going to luminous nails in mahogany for a couple years now. I’ve always gotten pedicures and I’ve always been happy with my service and my nails are always done so well! Every staff member is amazing.

I went in today to get my hands done for the first time in ages and I could not be more impressed. I gave the tech a picture of what I wanted, and he executed it flawlessly! The pictures don’t even show how great the work really is!! Another superb job! Can’t wait for my next set!

This is my second time with Luminous for a classic manicure and pedicure. Never had any doubts! Both nail tech were awesome!
Service and quality were top notch! Never felt rush.

I went today to get my nails done for Valentine’s Day & I’m beyond happy with my service. I came in with pretty beat up nails and asked for difficult designs but it was no problem for Dawn. She did them so beautifully and really exceeded my expectations. They’re absolutely perfect, shape, design, colour, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! ⭐️

I also really appreciate how entertaining and charismatic she is. As someone with pretty severe adhd, sitting through long nail appointments is usually torture for me, but Dawn managed to make it a lot of fun. Thank you for good the conversation, laughs and beautiful nails Dawn! You are the best! ?

I brought my wife here to celebrate her birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Her technician, Jen, was unprofessional and inattentive—she spent a significant amount of time on her phone and showed little regard for my wife’s comfort. She handled her hands aggressively and, without asking, cut the nails my wife had been growing for six months. There was zero customer service; it felt like Jen was just trying to rush her out rather than take the time to do a proper job.

To make matters worse, we were charged a ridiculous $68 for nails that aren’t even fully covered or properly done. For that price, we expected at least a basic level of care and quality, but what we got was a careless, upsetting experience. This was meant to be a special treat for my wife’s birthday, and instead, it left her feeling hurt and disappointed.
