I am not exactly newly postpartum, as my youngest just turned 3.
But as a busy mom of 4 I was looking to
add/change up my routine as I had hit a bit of a plateau with what I was currently doing.
Lilly is such a sweet, caring individual who really listens to your needs and goals and then incorporates that into your program.
She pushes me a little farther and a bit harder each session and I love that!
Thanks for keeping me accountable!
Most certainly would recommend Lilly for your Personal Training needs!

So happy I found Lilly and her classes. I’ve always been one to be intimidated when joining gym fitness classes and this is the perfect setting for me. Private, small group and small town kinda feel where everyone learns your name. Plus, it is a great workout! Lilly is a kind and considerate trainer and I’m excited to continue working with her ! I highly recommend Lilly. ?

I was really nervous starting personal training! I just had two kids back to back so it was a little scary getting back into a fitness routine. Lilly is extremely knowledgeable of postpartum bodies and knows the exercises to ensure you aren't over doing it! She sends you reminders to make sure you're on track with your goals and is so so friendly and supportive! Definitely recommend Lilly for either personal training or a fitness class!

Lilly is an amazing trainer! She’s motivating and energizing! After giving birth, I had pelvic pain but after two months of training with Lilly , the pain went away and I feel stronger! I Definitely recommend Lilly if you’re going through postpartum and want someone to help you get back into training and strengthening your pelvic floor.
