This my favorite spa in Calgary. It just had such a great vibe and zen right from the entrance. Very attentive and weird stuff. Very clean and cozy rooms. Ofc the true gem of this place is their massage therapists. Love coming here on Sunday for a relaxing day.
Oh almost forgot to mention make sure you get to choose orange essential oil your body will smell amazing for the rest if the day ?

Beautiful spa with a calming atmosphere. If you’re looking to unwind and find stillness, this place can help. Cannot recommend Melody enough - best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She helps with all the aches and pains I come to her with, and also creates a safe space where I can fully relax. I always leave a session with her feeling restored and centred.

By far one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment I walked in, I was astonished by the professional but yet relaxing ambiance that La Palma had to offer. I had a 75 min sports massage with Alessandra and she was amazing. She was very skilled and attentive in where I felt the most pain/tension while ensuring I still have a relaxing therapeutic massage which, by the way, caused me to fall asleep. Nonetheless, I would greatly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

One of the best massage I’ve had in a long time. Melissa is amazing in her craft and was able to locate my tight knots and tender points in my neck and lower back. I felt relaxed and ready for bed after the session. Definitely coming back!

My therapeutic massage done by Ms. Labrecque was absolutely outstanding. She identified the problem areas, and took great care and diligence in her practice. Focusing on healing the spots affected by my injuries, which have been the most troublesome since the incident, was very important to me, and her understanding and want to take care of those places was very impressive. I would recommend, that if you have been hurt or injured, or simply want to loosen up and relax, trust Kristen and her healing hands, she is a true professional!
