La Belle Vie Nails & Spa Royal Oak

Letty did my grad nails and I seriously love them, I never want to take them off! She always takes her time and makes sure every detail is perfect. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now and it’s hands down my favourite and go to spot. Appointments always start on time, and even when it’s busy, they give you a color tray right away so you’re not just sitting there bored while waiting. All the staff are super sweet and kind, but I’ve always gotten Letty and I know for sure she’s one of the best. I’ve recommended this place to so many people and I’ll keep doing it because they truly never disappoint!

Hands down the BEST nail salon ever! I have been coming here for nearly seven years. I get a fill and sometimes get a pedicure. The quality of the service is top-tier, the colour selection is huge and the ladies are all so wonderful - they always are there to hype you up and help you decide on the colour. The shop is always so clean. You really can't go wrong with La Belle Vie Nails! I highly recommend to anyone.

Letty is such a sweetheart and did such an amazing job on my nails!! I showed her an inspo photo, and they actually turned out even better when she improvised on the flower by adding white nail polish. She paid attention to the little details and made sure everything looked good. I’m really happy with how they turned out :)

I had one of the worst experiences during my recent visit to the salon. My appointment was at 3 PM, but I ended up leaving around 6 PM — not because of extra care or quality, but due to delays and discomfort throughout the service.

First, during the pedicure, instead of properly aligning and shaping my toenails, the technician cut all of them extremely short and uneven. It was rushed and careless I can still see cracks in my feet.. When it came to the French tips, they were done unevenly — going upward and downward — though I could see the technician was at least trying to be nice and do her best.

The most disappointing part was my manicure experience with Tina. When I pointed out that the nails didn’t look aligned, she started behaving very rudely. She hurt me twice — once while filing aggressively, and again while applying glue, which still makes my hands ache. Her attitude was very rough and unprofessional — she moved my fingers forcefully and without care.you guys have recording so Please check that I told her be careful and she replied yes I am doing carefully in rude way .

There was also confusion with pricing. Tina told me it would be $135, but the lady who ended up doing the nails charged me $145 plus tax .Later, she tried to convince me to get ombré nails for the same price and asked me multiple times to add shimmer as well.

Most of my services were done while I sat in the pedicure chair itself. I asked at the end why I wasn’t moved to the proper nail station for the manicure, and instead of answering, Tina just started doing my nails at the same spot, without even helping me shift comfortably. She didn’t even let me move my right side to rest or relax during the process.

I told the new lady (who did my nails) how much pain I was in and how she behaves but she simply said, “She’s fine.” There was nothing relaxing about this experience — it was stressful and painful. My hands are still sore from how roughly they were handled. I really hope they improve their service, professionalism, and client care.my fingers are all swallowed

I would just like to say one thing—please check your recordings and camera footage before deciding who is right or wrong. Writing a long message to defend poor service or to cover up a client’s mistreatment doesn’t justify saying anything you wish. If needed, I’m more than willing to come in person so we can review the recordings together. You’ll clearly see how roughly she was handling everything. This is not my first visit—I’ve been coming to your place regularly, and I’ve never faced something like this before.and u said I was on call lol not at all I attend call 1 or 2 times because I have baby boy in my home they all can talk in their own language but we can’t be o phone in urgent situations waoooo.

Pease consider hiring more attentive staff who can at least adjust their position while doing nails. She stayed in the same spot the entire time and did both my hands without moving—honestly, it was quite surprising.”
