I loved this salon! I’m not from the area and they fit me in on a Saturday. My nails turned out great. I really enjoyed the employees. They were so friendly and social, I loved it! Highly recommend this place!

I came here for a holiday nails, the price was totally worth it. The staff were so kind, the store was clean and nice. This was my favourite holiday nails that I’ve ever had. I would definitely come back and support them. I would definitely recommend this nails and spa?

EDIT based on owner response: Just because a customer leaves a review about their poor experience doesn't mean that you should just assume they are lying and made the entire thing up to give your business a bad reputation instead of accepting their experience. It is quite unprofessional to assume someone made up coming into your shop and wrote at length with great detail their experience.This shows how you handle customer service which has just further disappointed me. I absolutely did come to your shop based on the recommendation of a friend. I had an appt on November 28th at 1:30pm and paid $23.00 which I have on my credit card statement. This amount wound have included a tip. Yes I estimated that it was in December but got the date wrong. It was November

In December I booked a regular manicure. I didn’t want shellac because I needed it to come off after my event easily. When I arrived I reminded when I checked in that it was for a regular manicure. When I sat down the woman started putting on clear polish and then pulled out the heat lamp. As I don’t get manicures often I didn’t realize the clear polish was for shellac. I reminded her I only wanted a regular manicure and she tried to tell me that I asked for shellac even though I only booked a regular and told the woman as I walked in. She said regular manicures don’t last. I said I know I don’t need it to. She then seemed very unimpressed quickly wiped my nails and then rushed through a regular manicure. It was not well done with some of my nail still showing. I was at the salon for 1hr 15 with only 25 minutes of work done. She then went and helped another client while mine was drying (which is normal) and said oh there’s lotion there if you want it. So I didn’t receive a proper manicure, no hand massage, no lotion nothing. Very rushed. It’s too bad as this was for my engagement party and I wanted a nice experience since I never get my nails done.

Of the shellac base was still on my nails and lasted weeks so she did not remove it once I shared with her I didn’t want shellac and had to wait for it to grow out.

Unfortunate experience as I was referred to go to this salon. If customers only need a basic service, it doesn’t seem right that the quality of service goes down immensely.
