Cashier- well, i tried my best cannot do anything else. We don't refund or exchange.

Well, people don't pay you to TRY..

Tell your cheap stake owner to fix the machines..

It's recommended if you are good enough to handle rudeness, can purchase Unsatisfactory stuff on high price.

I recently visited this store and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The older lady assisting me was unexpectedly rude, which set a negative tone for my shopping experience.

To make matters worse, I was surprised to find that she didn't disclose the gift wrapping charges upfront. When I received my receipt, I noticed a staggering $6 charge for wrapping the gift, in addition to the $3 cost of the wrapping paper itself.

While the price of the wrapping paper is reasonable, charging $6 for the labor involved in wrapping the gift - which literally took seconds and a few strips of tape - is excessive and unfair.

The lack of transparency and unreasonable pricing for gift wrapping services left a sour taste. I hope the store reconsiders their pricing strategy and trains their staff to provide better customer service.

THIS STORE DOESN'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.... VERY AGGRESSIVE RUDE MIDAGE LADY....

A very bad customer service and they are stealing people's money $ selling faulty products.... the lady that stays in the store who is in mid age she is super rude... i had to buy an helium balloon which ended up buying at this worthless store for $14.99 and 1st baloon got burst in the store so she gave me another and that also was leaving air so i had to call her and ask her to replace as i was in the same plaza ... she said u can come and take it when i went there she didnt had same size so i got one that was for $8.99 but the lady didn't give me my remaining money instead she started blowing normal baloon so i told her i didnt pay for that and it doesnt go with my theme so she stated she can't return my remaining money....... she snatched the baloon from an employee and threw it... and she said i am wasting my helium on ur baloons ... i told her i bought them i paid for it if it brust when u blowing its not my fault i m not the one who is doing it... she was very aggressive not polite & SHE DIDNT RETURN MY MONEY.... THIS STORE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN... THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVEN BEEN TO.... PLEASE DONT GO THIS PLACE

Don’t ever buy any IP TV BOX from here , it is my personal experience, it won’t work

Both the cashiers with zero knowledge of customer service and the computer charged us $3.15 for the document I didn't request and asked for more money if I needed the document I wanted after printing. She kept the personal documents with her and didn't shred them. Total violence of personal information. Used my phone herself not showing what she was doing. Total abuse of the customer's privacy.
Please don't visit with your personal documents if you want them printed. Will never do any business with them again and will make sure no one from my circle does that.
