Visited Kohinoor Jewellers in Calgary and had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional—they made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. No courtesy, no patience, and absolutely no sense of good customer service. For a store that deals in something as special as gold jewellery, you’d expect respectful treatment. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money—there are far better jewellers in Calgary who actually value their customers.

Worst customer service ever,rude and unprofessional.I bought ring from them couple of days ago and wore it for a party and it literally broke in 5 minutes. I went to them as i am their regular customer and they said they can’t take it back so i sold them and they deducted 23% of the value just after 2 days of purchase.
Secondly their gold turns black. Don’t invest your money with them as for us people our emotions are attached with our jewelry. I am very disappointed and angry and will never ever go to them again and will not recommend. It’s better to give your business to small shop keepers at least they behave nicely.

Worst customer service. I bought gold bracelet from them last week. First of all bracelet did not had a lock it was missing. We went back wanted to return but they said you cannot return only exchange one time. The rate at that time for gold was 170 per gram. But they charged me according to 206 per gram. I was not aware of this until i went to my aunt’s house and she told me i have been overcharged. As she buys old regularly and i bought it for the first time. I though i am going to a renowned shop and they will be fair and not do this kind of fraud but they did shame on them this is less than a theft. In total i got charged 427 dollars more for the total weight of gold i puchased.
