My personal shopping discovery in 2025 - I fell in with love Kit and Ace: exceptional quality—every piece feels luxurious and lasts forever. My best part is their clothes don’t shrink, so no need to iron. It’s a total game-changer for someone like me who values convenience and style.

Staff was helpful but the selection, style, and quality of the inventory in the store was poor. Used to love Kit and Ace clothing and still have quite a few pieces in my wardrobe but the current products are not nearly as good in both quality and feel and even with the constant 25% off it's all way overpriced compared to other alternatives.
They also used to stand behind their products but they would not deal with the defective item instead offering me a 20% discount for a replacement.

I am not sure who took over this company but I am so done with them and their products.

Kit and Ace sold me a $250 pair of shorts which lasted about 5 wears before the button fell off.

They wouldn’t replace the defective shorts, but offered me $25 store credit.

What a waste of money. Just go to Winners.

Poor customer service! I got a jogger set that is pilling over everything after one wear, literally raining fuzz and coating my tank top, even with following wash instructions. The fuzz got over everything else in the load, so I had to lint roll everything. I was told by customer service to buy a depiller on Amazon and offered a 15% off coupon. For a $300 set, that’s unacceptable quality and service. So disappointed

Also, when I purchased the set I accidentally grabbed the wrong sized bottoms. I went back the next day to do a quick exchange and was told no, I can’t until the new year because they’re “busy”. I was told I could buy the correct size and come back to exchange (not return) the wrong size later... why would I need two bottoms?? Not a single other person was in the store. I had to push to get the manager to do the exchange and was told it’s now final sale??

I’ll never buy anything else from them. As a first time purchaser, and the only non-polyester set I could find- I would have been a long time returning customer as my initial in store experience was positive. I won’t be going back and will be sharing my experience with others to beware
