I love coming to this place, me and my sister love seeing Sarah. Her hands are so gentle and light. She’s very helpful in picking nail colors for you, if you not sure about what to get or not satisfied with the color she will do that for you. And the other staff too are friendly. I just wish they could offer some refreshments like tea, coffee or water. Otherwise the salon is ok and clean.

I always get my nails done with Lee and they are perfect she always makes them look amazing, plus shes super nice and funny!!??

I have been getting my nails and toes done for many years and never have I been as disappointed by a service as I have going to this place. My first experience started off with a pedicure gone wrong- the girl doing the pedicure had long nails that painfully dug into my skin while she did the pedicure and she ended up cutting me 3 times. The first two were minor but the third cut bled for multiple days and was incredibly painful- on top of that my brand new Birkenstocks were stained from the pool of blood that came from my toe. I contacted the salon and they tried to rectify the situation with a gift certificate which I was skeptical to use since I didn’t want to be in that much pain again. About a month later I finally work up the courage to go use it and since I’m going I book a manicure as well. The pedicure went better- no blood this time. But then the manicure was so frustrating- first they wanted to charge an extra $15 for chrome. No salon I have gone to has ever charged any extra from chrome- and trust me I have gone to a lot. So I went with something else and it turned off terribly-it was much too thin and she didn’t ask me if I liked it at all. The paint is chunky and there is pain on my skin. Additionally I paid for a manicure but she didn’t bother to shape my nails. I have a nail that broke from my previous set and she didn’t even attempt to make it look even with the other nails. The way she talked was very condescending, and she kept trying to gaslight me. I wish I didn’t have to write this review, especially after speaking to the management after the first incident- they were kind. But unfortunately the quality of the services are lacking severely.

It is the worst experience ever .I’m very disappointed with my visit. The staff was rushed and not welcoming. My manicure looked uneven, and the polish started chipping the same day. Cleanliness also seemed like an issue, which made me uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price — I won’t be returning.
