Recently had a prenatal massage with Tamara and it was amazing. I've been having really bad calf cramps so I asked if we could just focus on those.

I've been to many locations in Spruce and even the Pregnancy specialized place in St Albert and nothing compared!

*ps, they don't have a receptionist but they will come out and get you when they're ready!!*

Best thing I've done for my body and sore muscles, my husband and I both see Tamara and she is amazing. I feel like I've never really had a massage before I started going to her, and got my husband in to her as well and we both have nothing but praise to say about our experience. It's a great feeling to actually feel the difference and improvement of a massage .
Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
