We came by to have a watch strap adjusted just before closing, and the gentleman helping us took his time making the proper adjustments - he did not rush us at all. He was so personable while working on the watch. Super friendly service and we had a great experience.

I don't even really know how I'll be able to express my gratitude and appreciation for such an honest jeweller who did all he could to make my wedding day even more memorable.

I was in town for my mountain Elopement and realized I left my watch in Ontario. I visited the only Jeweller in Canmore that actually carried watches for sale. Mahesh and i began talking about what it was I was looking for and although he didn't have that particular watch in stock.. he went out of his way to get me it in such a short period of time as my wedding was that morning.

Unreal. Such an interesting experience.. as he tried so hard to not only find me what I wanted but also asked me to return the watch to him after the wedding so he could tune it up for me (it was used but in great shape)

Mahesh then sent it out to me here in Ontario on his own dime.

Canmore already had a very generous feel to it but experiencing the business that Kavia Jewellers demonstrated, definitely made my wife and i feel right at home.
