K Nails has been my family and I’s go-to place for going on 10 years!! Kim and Jenny are so kind and extremely talented! Kim is a perfectionist and will pay attention to any concerns you may have. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they always play the best movies! Definitely recommend!

If you want nails that last and are well manicured, I would recommend Kim. He doesn't do really fancy nail art, but if you have a simple design, he is great.

My acrylic nails have never lifted or broke even with 5 weeks between sessions.

I’ve gotten my nails done here many times and they are consistently very well done! Kim and his wife are super friendly and I always feel relaxed and comfortable. Kim is a total perfectionist and gets all the details right. He has a great eye for design and is very helpful when I’m undecided about what to get. Additionally, the nails are strong and do not chip or break - I’ve let them go for 6 weeks before (not recommended) and they didn’t have a single chip or scuff. They are thin and well sculpted, and I get so many compliments on their quality! Yes it’s slower than a service you’d get in a mall or something, but it ends up saving you time later when you don’t have to repair a broken nail.

Updated: While I have loved every set I've had from K Nails, my removal experience was not great. I lost a nail and figured I'd give my nails a break. I expected the nails would be soaked off, however the nail tech proceeded to use a nail tip to ping off the rest of my acrylics. It was not comfortable, and a week later my nails are so sore and brittle. I didn't expect them to be strong after removal, but removing my nails this way has caused them to be paper thin, ripping past my nail bed at every opportunity. I paid $55 to have sore fingers and I'm pretty bummed that this experience has kind of ruined the salon for me.

Original: Best nail salon in Edmonton. I went over a month and a half without a fill and my nails were still strong! The staff are really nice and I appreciate there is always a movie on to watch if I'm not feeling too chatty.
