Pam carries a wealth of knowledge about skin treatments. She really cares about my comfort & long term wellbeing for my skin. The treatment was well explained, and painless. Pam continuously explained everything step by step, so I felt safe and comfortable. The overall clinic a centrally located, safe, clean and comfortable. I would recommend the business and Pam.

Ivy has a beautiful atmosphere, so bright and welcoming! The staff is lovely and very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of having Pam work on my legs, veins and spot removal on my face. She really knows her stuff and makes you feel so comfortable during the appointment! A must go experience for your skin needs!!

Pam and Larla are both extremely knowledgeable about skin treatments. They really care about your overall wellbeing and want to help improve your skin conditions. I can't say enough good things about our experience at this skin care clinic! My 8-year-old son had a wart on his hand that needed treatment, and as any parent knows, these kinds of visits can be stressful for kids. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to have Pam take care of him.

She was absolutely wonderful — so patient and kind from the moment we walked in. She took the time to explain the entire procedure to him in a way he could understand, and never rushed or pressured him. When it came time to actually treat the wart, she even held his hand and talked him through it, which helped him stay calm despite how nervous he was at the beginning.

It made a huge difference knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. Thank you, Pam, for making what could have been a scary experience into a positive one. Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you're bringing in a child!

I'm extremely pleased with the staff and work at Ivy! Definitely recommend going for a consult to see what they offer. The location with free parking is a huge plus!
