Took my elderly mom for a perm. Stylist, Cathy, was great -quick and gentle. Thank you we will definitely be back.

She did exactly!!!! What I asked for at a reasonable price. Very experienced stylist and walked right in. No appointment. I will go back. No need to pay way too much. These gals know what they are doing.

Have only been here to see my hairdresser Danielle, who is an amazing stylist and human! Very friendly, professional, and good at what she does. I go for root bleach, tone, and cut, and never have any complaints. She also does lots of male cuts ✂️
She will never cut more hair off than you ask her to and understands hair anxiety when it comes to cuts.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a place close by to the Broadmead area. I called the day before and talked to a very nice person - outgoing and friendly! Cathy was the person that cut my hair and she did a fantastic job! She listened to what I wanted and looked at the picture I showed her and did exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much for welcoming me to the area. I will be back for my next cut!

I’ve been going here for years but I think today was the first time I wasn’t fully satisfied with the job. I won’t be going back to Sonja. (My previous stylist I’ve had for years left so I’m having to hunt out a new one.)
A naturally quiet voice, and accent and a mask got both of us confused and I ended up getting toner, after the streaks. (One of several miscommunications, due to not hearing properly.) I’ve never asked for it in the past and never had it done. My other stylist never even asked if I wanted it. I Didn’t even know what it was. I thought she something about putting gel in after the wash. Suddenly she said something about toner and setting a timer and I’m lying over the sink for 15 minutes. I thought we were going to wash it and then gel. Anyhow, an unexpected extra $20.
Some of my streaks are uneven thickness and therefor overpowering. It doesn’t look balanced or naturally blended. Not to mention one colour was much darker than I wanted so the colouring doesn’t balance. But I didn’t speak up after she only brought out one option. That’s on me.
I said I was happy but what else could I say. The experience had been confusing and what’s done is done. I think my tone showed my displeasure though.
Everyone has to practice and start somewhere but… It’s just hair though. It’ll grow out, but for the price I wasn’t happy with the result. Trying a different lady next time.
