I had a one-hour massage with Rob, and it was an excellent experience. After the session, I felt completely relaxed, and I noticed a big improvement in both my lower back and neck tension. Rob was professional, attentive, and really knew how to target the areas that needed the most care. I highly recommend him if you're looking for someone skilled and genuinely dedicated to helping you feel better.

I've had great experiences working out at Inside Out! The staff is so kind, and they also pay attention to their clients to ensure they are working out correctly. They have classes ranging from weight lifting to circuit training to pilates and yoga, so it's great for any type of workout you're looking to do. They also just opened a new studio upstairs for the yoga and pilates classes! Lastly the location great as its central, but parking is also accessible and easy to find. Would highly recommend Inside Out for someone looking for a kind, inclusive space, that also offers all different types of workouts!

I'm so glad I found this place! This is the first gym I've felt comfortable at (judgement free)! People are welcoming and there is so much positive energy here. The classes are motivating, and instructors really friendly. I get a good, sweaty workout, and have started to feel better and have more energy. Will be going here for a long time to come!

From the second I walked inside I felt so welcomed by everyone!!! Even those showing up for the class greeted me like we had been friends forever. I met with Christian to talk about having a personal trainer and I felt like we had known each other for a long time. Also the space is beautiful! Nothing like your standard “chain store” of gyms ?. They just opened an upstairs area for yoga and pilates and I can’t wait to go to these classes too!

A huge shoutout to my trainer, Michaela who Christen paired me with and what a match he made with us, she’s been absolutely incredible. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and supported, while still pushing me to challenge myself. Her energy is contagious, and every session is motivating, and FUN! Who says that about a workout?! ?
I highly recommend you check out this place as there isn’t anything like it in this part of town!
