I recently had the pleasure of getting my brows done by Hailen, from the moment I walked into the consolation appointment last Dec 2024, she made me feel comfortable & at ease. Hailen took time to understand my preferences & she explained the entire process in detail, she was very meticulous & ensured that the shape including the colour of my brows was perfect. I highly recommend Hailen for anyone considering permanent makeup for their brows as her expertise, professionalism & very friendly demeanor made the entire experience wonderful - I couldn't be happier :) Thank-you Hailen for the fabulous brow!

I would highly recommend coming here. Hailan is a precise and highly skilled artist.

Years ago, a different studio did a very poor job on my eyebrows; despite the difficulty of fixing old work, Hailan worked hard and did an amazing job in redoing and fixing my eyebrows.

In addition to her excellent skills, she is friendly and provides a great customer experience.

All these 5 star reviews are accurate and deserved. I myself had a 5 star experience with Hailan who just recently performed a permanent makeup procedure on my eyebrows. My natural hair never grew back after over tweezing from years prior. I was so amazed with my results, so incredibly natural looking and full. I highly recommend Hailan to anyone looking for permanent makeup procedures, she is lovely to deal with and very talented!!

Hailan is incredible at brows, very professional & she’s a beautiful person inside and out. I’ve been seeing her for my eyebrows for years now and although it is soso painful , it is always worth it.
She doesn’t overcharge for things or try to upsell you. I genuinely like her as a person and would not go anywhere else for my eyebrows! Most people don’t know I have micro blading , she does such a good job that it looks very natural.

Thanks Hailan . See you in a year or two ! X

Hailan is so good at making my eyebrows look their best. I had them done last year and went back for a touch up recently. I’m very happy with her work and they look very natural. She lets you know the steps and makes you feel comfortable. She’s also a sweetheart. I’m glad I found someone I could confidently trust with my brows. First world problems, I know - but still.
Editing this as I’ve had a few treatments done now and the brows were great but the other treatments were not.
