HOTCUTS UNISEX SALON ( DOWNTOWN )

it was my first (and definitely not the last) time visiting the HOTCUTS UNISEX SALON! i was looking to switch up my hair for the summer, and RAJAN absolutely did not disappoint!! he was an absolute joy to work with and i’ve never been so in love with my hair :) all of the staff are phenomenal and extremely friendly, accommodating and welcoming!! i can’t recommend this place enough!!

Had a really good experience at Hotcuts! The staff was friendly and knew how to handle curly hair with care, which is always a win. They listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the result. My curls came out looking defined and healthy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that understands curls!

So I visited their saloon recently. On the day of deal ending I called them and ask for the same deal, they said yeah, you can get the same deal, and I also told them I have a lot of grey hair. We discussed around 20 minutes to clear everything. They said we have to apply two different colours and the charges would be $200 and I was okay with that, but when I reached there, they were charging more by adding more services. To get a hair colour, I told them that I will come from the southside, so please make sure you are not charging me more than $200. Horrible experience. Total wastage of time because I had to leave my shift just to visit the salon and I got nothing in return.
