I had an incredible experience at this Gym thanks to Emma! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to give me a full tour of the facility, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the different membership options available. What really stood out was how genuinely interested she was in my personal fitness goals. Her positive energy and motivation made a huge difference in my decision to join the gym. Everything is always clean and well taken care of, especially the equipment. It feels like they really care about keeping the space professional but still warm and inviting. The staff is amazing. They are not just nice, they actually want to help. Whether it is correcting your form, answering questions, or just encouraging you when you need a push, they are always there.

The group classes are something I look forward to. They challenge you in the best way and the instructors make sure it is fun and motivating. You leave feeling stronger every time. Even little things like the spotless locker rooms and the good energy in the gym make a big difference.

This is the first gym I actually have enjoyed working out in. The women-only environment feels empowering and motivating. Love seeing women of all ages, abilities, and body types being able to work out in a peaceful environment. My personal trainer Gracious is a true professional — she has tailored my workouts to fit my fitness goals, various injuries, and understood my body-neutrality approach to fitness. Highly recommend working with her! All in all, it’s a great gym if you are wanting to continue your fitness journey — or just begin. Only thing missing is industrial fans for when you want to cool off and maybe an onsite massage therapist for muscle pain! ;)
