I had such a great experience at Heist Boutique ☺️☺️

The staff were really welcoming and kind!! Autumn helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even picked out an outfit she thought I’d like—which absolutely slayed ?‍↕️. She clearly has a great eye for style and made the whole process easy and fun!!

The changing rooms were spacious, and the lighting was SO good!!!

They had a great mix of basics and statement pieces—definitely something for everyone. Hoping to come back soon!

This place is amazing! Great selection and quality and you can always find a good deal too! Every time I’ve been in I’ve had a great experience, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Not to mention, I always get compliments on all my outfits from Heist!! ? Thanks ladies for doing such a great job!!

Always get wonderful service with a smile. The staff are knowledgeable and provide great recommendations when I'm having trouble creating an outfit for myself. I recommend this place to all my family and friends looking for a fun new look or wanting to try something new.

I would give zero if I could , this is solely based on customer service and I should say by one individual who mentioned she was the owners daughter. Clothing selection is wonderful and I love supporting small businesses although I can’t possible justify spending more money here after the way I was spoken too in front of my 6 year old daughter as well. There was two staff members that you could tell were uncomfortable with the situation and were treating me in a respectful manor however the owners daughter was unbelievably condescending!!
I bought a outfit almost $200 worth for a Christmas party and was told I could get refunded because I said I had another outfit in mind and double checked when I bought the outfit. When I came back to return the outfit they said store credit and I was shocked and explained the situation , one of the respectful ones was going to talk to the owner until the owners daughter stepped in and basically said I was lying that I never heard full refund and was so condescending and aggressive in her tone . I’m shocked by the interaction and left with store credit and I’m sick to my stomach thinking about having to spend the store credit here . I would have never left with the outfit knowing I could possibly leave $200 on the table . Yes I will admit it says it on there receipt however I didn’t think to look at the receipt I knew it was in the bag and I knew I was told I could get a refund.
