Headrush Hair Salon

I went for a hair style for University Grad. I got in right away with Kayla and she was Fabulous!! She did exactly what I wanted, she was so kind and sweet. I grew up with a hairdresser as a mom and she can no longer do my hair, I'm new to having to go to salons. I was really nervous and Kayla did such a great job. I will be coming back and I would recommend them to others.

Got a hair cut with Veronique, she is an excellent hair stylist! It is a very nice clean place. Highly recommended.

Called at 9 am for wash, blow dry, style and Véro booked me for 10 am. The atmosphere is very cozy and you feel like you’re in their house; you take off your shoes and put on sandals. I loved it! I left feeling confident as we had Grandma’s funeral in the afternoon.

A backstory:
I came here before in 2004 for a major chop and Tracy was great! No ill feeling whatsoever. I met my husband a month later and started going to the hair salon he has been going to for 15 years.

My stylist I believe her name was either Kayla or Kayleigh I can’t exactly remember.
I show her a photo that I wanted and a specific photo for my bangs. I told her I like the length or the hair. It I do not like the bangs as they don’t suit me and do not at all look like the photo. She literally BEGGED me to give it a chance because they look sooo cute ‘I could try and make them thicker but I think you should just trust me and give them a few days’
Let’s look at the photos and compare.
I explained to her that I’ve had bad experiences in the past with stylists not listening to me and going rogue. Just added this lady to the list of people I’m not going back to. I literally left the salon in my cab crying because of how ugly my bangs are
