Brandy is an amazing hair stylist that cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure she meets the needs of her clients.

I'm so impressed by this studio! I've been enjoying coming here for myself and my son for many years and today topped them all. I brought my non-verbal daughter with down syndrome in for a date to have some color streaks put in her hair for the first time and it was the most awesome experience. Brandy is not only incredibly talented (my daughter's hair looks amazing!) but she is also a truly wonderful human. A real, above and beyond experience. I highly recommend.

This hair salon is fantastic! If you need your hair done please go here! You honestly get what you pay for. Service is affordable and the salon is clean. Brandy was phenomenal and gave me the hair that complimented my face and lifestyle. I can't wait to see her again! Tracy was also phenomenal in providing my MIL a quick but quality haircut/style. We WILL BE BACK and we will definitely spread the word. Thank you so much ladies!

Brandy fit me in today and corrected the colour, she was very thorough sectioning my hair and checked in with me through the process. She turned the disappointing result to something I am happy with. The original review is below and I will be updating the rating to reflect the changes made. It's nice to know they take responsibility and customer satisfaction seriously! Thank you Brandy!

Got a haircut from Autumn today and while the cut was good the dye job is patchy with blond bits completely missing the purple dye that I didn't notice until I put my hair up at home. These are not pieces of hair she wouldn't have seen were missing dye when cutting my hair either these are right at the ends. Otherwise friendly, clean and timely service at the salon but I'm going to have to try and correct the dye job myself since I can't afford to go to someone else to correct it.

Edit: Just also noticed the back of my tank top has bleach on it so my shirt is also ruined. Unfortunately I will be downgrading my review. Which is disappointing considering how happy everyone else seems to have been with their service lately.

Autumn fried off my hair about a year and an half ago. Hasn’t grown an inch since. I had semi healthy hair and she wrongly informed me about a bleach out and convinced me to try it. I was 15 at the time and didn’t know better so I decided to trust her word. I have been so insecure about my hair since then. On top of all of that the rude owner of this store got mad at me and was extremely rude and unprofessional for telling her I think I was done unfairly and I would like a refund so I could go try to get it fixed elsewhere. I have tried everything to make my hair grow and it won’t because of how severely damaged it is. My hair used to go below my upper back and now it’s up to my shoulders and I have never got a hair cut. My hair is so thinned out and looks terrible and genuinely i am so insecure about it. This is a terrible place with terrible service and i definitely don’t recommend going here . Below are some photos of what this woman did to my hair vs what I asked for ! ( mind you my natural colour is medium to light brunette ). There’s also a photo of the breakage and me at the salon with the bleach on my head, I’m not a professional so I’m not too sure but that looks like a overwhelming amount of bleach for the amount of hair I had. you can also see she clearly over toned the front and that’s due to her leaving me to go to Starbucks while the product was in my hair . She didn’t even try to bring it to my attention to let me know that it looked like this she covered it up with a few curls and sent me on my way . Now all this being said after a hour of me and my friend arguing with them and them being extremely rude to 2 15 year old girls they did eventually give me my money back , this is to spread awareness I don’t want anything out of this company .
