Got a last minute gel mani yesterday for my convocation today, and I'm so happy with how they look! They really helped my day to be more special (while still being affordable) and I can't wait to come back for a different colour.

I've been getting my fingernails done by Ivy here for almost three years, she's always amazing! I started just doing manicures with gel polish, and now do acrylic nails. She is always able to work with my ideas and does sets with multiple colours which I love. I always enjoy my time here every two weeks!

I always have a wonderful experience at this nail salon every time I visit. I went in earlier for a manicure and pedicure, and everything from start to finish was fantastic. The owners are super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. A special shoutout to Ivy—she’s amazing! She was so attentive and did such a beautiful job on my nails. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean—perfect for a little self-care time. Plus, parking was super easy with ample space, which made the visit even more convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail care and a great overall experience!

Got my nails done on Dec 6 and I paid $15 for a gem on my nail, the next day I did dishes and it came off… around $70 all for nothing. even the paint underneath. And that was my xmas money it’s not like I have money to get it fixed. And they have a no refunds. I find this place overpriced other nail salons would never treat me this way.

Just wanted to preface by saying the husband and wife are very nice, you can tell they are kind.
However this was the first and last time I would come to them for a mani & pedi.
The only part that was enjoyable was the massage for the pedicure portion, however I decided to also get a manicure as I had a set that could have used the fill. Her husband did my pedicure and she proceeded to do my fill.. I was really wanting a cat eye effect and to add a design with the heart, she said it didn’t work with the color I chose however it would definitely work with my friends color which was a light pink, subsequently it did not work for either. For the prices they make you pay, that shouldn’t even be the case, highly disappointing.. but that’s fine, the real issue for me is that the cat eye is completely uneven, I got this done yesterday and it looks like I need a fill already.. she left some polish in places and some without, the color is not completely opaque on every nail. So inconsistency is the biggest issue for me in how my nails look. I’m sorry, but I have been all over the city, and I’ve never had this be an issue. Not to mention I had to tell them that they filed my nails slanted. They don’t measure each nail to make sure they are all even, and you ask for extra coats to make it opaque? I’ve never had to do that at any salon. You should know what you’re doing and what looks best, and also why charge for a fill if the height of my nail is aligned with my natural nail, I asked to have the tips taken off completely and just do a gel with the cat eye effect, it just makes more sense, it was suggested that I let my natural nails grow more, but again the tips align with my natural nails currently so I feel like it was the extra charge for no reason honestly.
To top off all these issues I had already seen, she passed me off to her husband towards the end of service to put the cuticle oil and do some extra filing, I noticed quickly that he has fungus on his nails. Not being rude, it’s just a fact, and it’s a fact that it is contagious.
I felt very very uncomfortable seeing that, and it made the whole thing that much more unpleasant having to think id be leaving with fungus.
I’m sorry but you should make it known that you’re getting that taken care of before touching other people’s anything.
Highly highly disappointing experience and what a waste of close to $200, never have I paid that amount for such mediocre outcomes. And I’m sorry, no refunds, no compensation??? No “after week if dissatisfied we will make up for the service free of charge”?? Never have I seen that before, and it’s such a waste of a nice space, because I did like the space..
But they need to update the prices and policies, cause that whole experience was underwhelming.
