I personally like the the massage therapist Ramnik. She is really good and she knows about the right pressure point and so. I feel so relax after doing the massage with her. I would highly recommend.
The front staff, Honey is also nice and friendly.
Overall good experience.

Ramneek was excellent! From being greeted by name at the front door, to being offered a personalized skin analysis, I found her to be very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I will be returning for both my facial and massage on the future as the massage I received along with the facial from Ramneek was also amazing. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a fabulous massage with Kevin—he was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the business side of things was disappointing. I have Blue Cross and Sun Life benefits, and this is the only place I’ve been where direct billing through Blue Cross is consistently denied.

I booked a 75-minute massage, but was first given a receipt for 80 minutes, and then a revised one for 90 minutes. I was told that they always charge for 10 minutes of paperwork, which I’ve never encountered before. This might be why their direct billing doesn't go through, and it feels misleading—there definitely wasn’t 10 minutes of paperwork involved.

It’s a shame, because the massage itself was great, but I’m not impressed with how the business is run.

Massage was alright I guess minus the heals of my feet and back of the head slapping.
I was charged full price $130 while they had a promotion for $99 the sandals didn’t fit me and the front desk staff insisted I wear them.
They refused to refund and said they’ll take it off next massage. Like that’ll happen.
Said I could customize my massage and none of the buttons on the iPad worked.
Many better places than here especially for the outrageous price. No therapist worth their salt stays at this company.
