I had the pleasure of booking an appointment with student stylist Layla at Hair Academy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I came in with dark brown hair, wanting a foliage, and Layla delivered exactly what I envisioned. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly informative, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. She kept me in the loop about what she was doing at each step, which made me feel very comfortable.

Her instructors, David and Ana, also popped in from time to time to offer support and ensure everything was on track, which really showed how dedicated they are to providing a top-tier experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the end result was nothing short of perfect! I went to have my hair cut by one of the students at Hair Inc Academy. I am beyond impressed with my experience there! One of the best haircuts I have had in a while. Loray cut my hair, showing a great deal of knowledge and care. Throughout the whole process her teacher, David was there. He would stop by periodically to give Loray tips and pointers while she was cutting. He showed a great deal of experience and it seems he is passing on that wisdom to his students. I can’t wait to go back to have my hair coloured by Loray once she finishes that part of the curriculum. I highly recommend for anyone to go and try it out yourselves if you’re looking for a great and affordable high cut, with a high end feel.

If you go to this place because it is cheaper make sure you know the work of the person who is going to touch your hair, because some of those people do not know what they do, for example I ended up with half of my hair very battered, burned and elastic, and in the same way I had to spend more money on treatments in good salons to be able to recover the half damaged by bad application of who was my stylist of half of my hair and only leave the job halfway

Almost a month ago I went to this salon, I asked for some lights in my hair, I had my first consultation appointment, I explained everything I wanted. The next day, two people put on the bleach, and one work with half of my hair and the other one the other half, it was very strange to me because since they were two different people I had the feeling that both sides were not going to be the same, but since I am not a stylist I simply didn’t said nothing , and well to my surprise both sides were different, one was horrible and the other was very beautiful, it should be emphasized that the final result was not what I wanted but I do not blame the person who finished the work because she was not my original stylist and was not Aware of the situation, the person who was supposedly my stylist left the process halfway simply leaving the person who was helping her alone. The person who left he was the one who did a bad job on half of my hair.

I informed the salon about this and they did a color correction on the bad done side, but in the same way the damage was already done and the mistreated, burned and hurt of half of my hair was not going to be fixed overnight.

Layla was the one who did the good work on half of my hair. And the bad job was done by a trans who I don’t know what his name is. I don't even think he knows how to bleach hair.

But to this day I still wonder how the teachers didn't realize the mess he was making on half of my hair if they are supposed to be there supervising.
