George Richards Big & Tall

I decided to come to Big and Tall today to order some clothes in order a pair of pants the gentleman that helped me today was super nice I hope to see him a lot more but I am definitely coming back to the store a lot better service here

my partner and i have come here twice in the last month and are incredibly grateful for the service we received here at George Richard’s Big & Tall. on the first visit, my partner came in looking for a specific winter jacket and we were helped right away. they did not have the colour he wanted in stock so the jacket was ordered in and sent right to our home. the gentleman who helped us went through the process step by step and ensured we wouldn’t be charged any extra fees. during that visit we also bought a fall jacket and two shirts. i came back today because we found a hole in the fall jacket and the same gentleman helped me with incredible kindness and patience. he helped us do a straight exchange and now my partner has two warm jackets that fit perfectly and look great. we will be back soon, thank you again for all your help!

2 arrogant, disrespectful men who refuse to change their approach. If you judge folks who turn up there just for the way we look thinking we can't afford to buy your stuff,
try to talk down and make disrespectful comments, now that's what drives customers out. Evolution in your approaches is a must. Wake up. The young ladies and men who work there are what is needed. Not these Neanderthals.

We purchased a suit for my son’s wedding. They needed to order his size. In order to coordinate the other pieces of clothing for the wedding party they encouraged me to buy the vest that could be returned later. The suit is part of there regular stock, available all year. Turns that was not true. $140.00 wasted. I have spent $1000 at this store and they refused to help. Do not expect customer service here.

Store hours are listed as closing at 7pm. Got to the store at 5:58 - gentleman locked the door in my face and shrugged while walking away. I've been a customer at the NE location for years, have spent PLENTY of money with George Richard's. I work in retail automotive, if someone showed up at my door as I was closing and wanted to spend money, I would help them out 100%, and have before. Just terrible customer service. Guess they're doing well enough that customer service is irrelevant.
