Generation Barbers and Salon

I decided to cut my autistic son’s hair after 5 years of braiding it. Kit toke the time and patience to cut his hair. I’ve been going to him ever since and my son loves it. I would highly recommend Kit if you’re interested in going.

Just got a cut from Kit. He really paid attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. He went above and beyond, giving me more than I even asked/paid for, and gave me great advice on some different things to pick up for my skin and hair texture. We chopped it up about music and shared some laughs as well. Had an incredible experience here. Thanks so much Kit and check you again soon!!

These guys can’t cut hair, with you watching because they need the mirror for alignment or something, so you won’t find out until an hour later how your hair looks instead of watching the barber work and being able to comment during the haircut if the lengths and shape looks good. I don’t know any other barbershop that does this, but it makes for a very inefficient process.

This is the worst barber shop I have ever been to - 2 hrs for a lineup?! The guy assigned to me was “apprentice” level and didn’t even use a razor (I had to ask them to use the razor) - made my lineup really low and did a very bad job.

I asked for his boss and he told me this place is independently run by other barbers - Would not recommend this place at all where you can’t even talk to the owner! They shouldn’t have charged for this mediocre service, $25 gone to complete waste.

Update: 1 day after the lineup. Here is my face, full of scratches and pimples have started to show up: - I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection Ontario for this absurd service and unsanitary and unsafe practices

Terrible experience here only grinds of the barbers can get a haircut it doesn’t matter if you show up before all the other customers. Very unprofessional guys. If you aren’t in their boys don’t bother going here.
