Christina provided clear instructions and communication leading up to the appointment. Her location was easy to find and no issues with parking. The massage room was welcoming with wonderful downtempo music which provided a relaxing yet energizing atmosphere to the massage. Christina herself took the time to really find out what physical issues I was experiencing and asked great follow up questions to help her with treatment.
The actual treatment was lovely. Christina was amazing with communication and checking in regularly to ensure the pressure was appropriate. She also works with you to find out when your body let's go of tension in an area.
She also provided some great information on stretches I could do at home to help with tight areas, or areas causing me pain.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Plus she has two kitties you can visit with before and after who are the sweetest.

My experience with Christina was amazing! She's such a talented and intuitive massage therapist. She takes time with what your body expresses and has very good communication skills verbally and physically, she's excellent at knowing when to use cupping aswell! Especially detailed with the neck and back areas, hands down best massage I've had and I will definitely be a recurring customer.

Christina is lovely, responsive, asks good questions to pinpoint problems, and does a fantastic job all around. Her experience with whiplash patients make her unique in her approach and verrry good at neck/shoulder related aches. She's also been great at helping with fascia release and sports related (climbing, MTB, ski touring) injuries and pains.

I’ve been seeing Christina for over 3 years now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s incredibly thorough, always taking the time to review past treatments and assess any new pain or discomfort before starting. I’ve dealt with sciatic nerve pain and neck and back pain, and her treatments have made a huge difference in my recovery and overall comfort.

What I really appreciate is how she provides options for treatment, tailoring each session to what I need most that day. Her massage therapy skills are exceptional—she’s attentive throughout the session, regularly checking in and reassessing to make sure everything is just right. Christina has also recommended some home strengthening exercises to complete between sessions.

Her office is cozy, clean, has two cats ? and creates the perfect space for relaxation.
